All data AP Gov stores is kept locally on your device using Core Data and UserDefaults. Examples include study progress, quiz results, bookmarks, preferences, reminders, and similar app state. This data is not transmitted to our servers because we do not operate account-based cloud storage for AP Gov.
AP Gov does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no user profile hosted by us.
We do not collect personal information through AP Gov for our own use, and we do not transmit your study content or identity to our systems as part of normal app operation.
The app does not show third-party advertisements and does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Optional purchases (such as AP Gov Pro) are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Payment and subscription status are handled according to Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details.
AP Gov is suitable for a general audience, including students preparing for the AP exam. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children through the app as described in this policy.
